3. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit system. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the Service's security measures; abuse the AI voice feature to generate harmful, deceptive, or misleading content.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the video content you upload and the outputs you create. You grant Vaynora LLC a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your videos.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Vaynora LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaynora LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Termination
